1. Request account deletion
You can request deletion from either the Sholoo Ana mobile application or website. You must be signed in so that we can confirm the request belongs to the account being deleted.
- In the mobile application, open Settings, Privacy and your data, then select Delete my account.
- On the website, open Settings, Privacy and your data, then select Delete my account.
If you are already signed in, the button below opens the website confirmation flow. If you are signed out, it takes you to sign in; after signing in, open Settings and select Delete my account.
2. Confirm your identity
Password accounts must provide the current password. Accounts that use Google sign-in must sign in with the same Google account again. Every user must also type the confirmation phrase shown in the deletion form before the request can be submitted.
Never send us your password, Google password, payment PIN, one-time code, or another secret. Sholoo Ana support will not ask for those values to process a deletion request.
3. What happens after the request
After a valid deletion request, your active Sholoo Ana sessions are revoked immediately. Connected Google access is disconnected, and the account is marked as pending deletion.
The current deletion grace period is seven days. When that period ends, the account and associated financial records are deleted by the scheduled deletion process. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through the normal backup cycle.
4. Records we may retain
Some payment or security-audit records may need to remain for reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance. When retained, those records are separated from the deleted account or pseudonymized according to the applicable retention policy.
For more information about retention, service providers, and your privacy choices, read the Sholoo Ana Privacy Policy.
5. If you cannot sign in
If you cannot access the account deletion controls, email us from the address associated with your Sholoo Ana account. Include enough information to identify the account and explain the access problem. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Do not include passwords, PINs, one-time codes, complete payment account numbers, or other secret credentials in the message.
