1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Sholoo Ana regarding your access to and use of the Sholoo Ana website, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Sholoo Ana. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and use your account only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, devices, and access credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We will never ask you to send your password or secret access credentials by email.
4. The service
Sholoo Ana provides tools for recording and organizing personal financial information, including income, expenses, accounts, assets, liabilities, savings, reports, exports, reminders, and supported Bangladesh tax-planning information. Features may vary by platform, plan, location, and release status.
Sholoo Ana is not a bank, payment account, lender, broker, insurer, or government filing portal. Records in the service do not move, hold, or verify money unless a feature expressly states otherwise.
5. No professional advice
Information, calculations, projections, reports, and tax guidance provided by Sholoo Ana are general tools and estimates. They are not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice and do not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Sholoo Ana does not file or submit a tax return for you. You are responsible for checking your records, using current official rules and forms, and reviewing all information before making a financial decision or filing with the National Board of Revenue or another authority.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you enter or upload. You give Sholoo Ana the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide and secure the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for having the right to provide any information about another person. Use the available settings controls to download your information, manage connected access, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, or compliance with law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- Access another person's account or data without permission;
- Interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, or introduce malicious code;
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- Use reminders, emails, exports, or connected tools to harass, mislead, or violate another person's rights.
8. Plans and payments
Core features may be offered without charge, while Pro and other paid features require payment at the price and for the access period shown before checkout. Taxes, discounts, billing cycles, and supported payment methods are shown where applicable.
Paid access is prepaid and does not renew or charge automatically. Renewal requires a new payment. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed payments are generally non-refundable. We may approve a refund or correction for a confirmed duplicate charge or when purchased access was not activated; contact [email protected] with the relevant transaction details.
9. Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party authentication, payment, spreadsheet, email, hosting, or other providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Sholoo Ana is not responsible for a third party's independent service, availability, decisions, or content.
10. Intellectual property
The service, software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials supplied by Sholoo Ana are owned by or licensed to Sholoo Ana and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Sholoo Ana available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, incomplete, or changed. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features and may update plan pricing prospectively. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free results.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account controls to request deletion. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important records and verifying outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sholoo Ana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights or procedures that applicable law requires, disputes relating to these terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, our practices, or applicable requirements. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
